You can send in your autosampler for Depot Repair. We handle Depot Repair for 7673B and G1512A autosampler systems, including tray and controller. You may also send it in to determine it’s Trade-in value for a new 7693A autosampler system. We do not charge you for the evaluation of either.
PLEASE NOTE: before you send in your equipment you must get a Return Material Authorization (RMA) from us.
If you intend to send in your equipment for Depot Repair or Trade-in Evaluation, you MUST FIRST submit this form to get your RMA code and authorization which MUST BE INCLUDED in your shipment. Once you submit your request for an RMA here, we will send you a PDF with instructions on where to ship the equipment. Include a COPY of these instructions in your shipment (keep a copy for your records).
